Georgia? Seriously? Georgia?! That's just fucking great. So now the team with the worst conference record going in to the tournament—the #6 (read: last place) team out of the east—has won the SEC and gets an automatic bid. This pretty much bounces us out of the NCAA tournament, because I do not see how the SEC gets 6 teams in. I mean, they haven't announced anything yet, but I'm not optimistic. Fuck you, Georgia. You have screwed us for the second time in two days, and it's not like you're going to win a tournament game, anyway. Have fun losing to Marquette, or whoever, in the first round.

Oh yeah, and I also turned thirty today. So the hits just keep on coming. Thanks a lot, fate; you've really done me a solid. Way to look out for me on my birthday.

But our fate will be the same as that I was wishing upon Georgia; I have no illusions. I'm just happy to have made it and to keep our streak alive. It's funny how much better I feel now.

So, my computer has been mad at me. Sure, it’s working now, but if the past two days are any indication, my wireless signal will crap out on me around 7 pm. This has not been fun. However, there is an unintended, happy side-effect; I have tons o' crap to post! I will begin with this movie meme that irvys_sefie, resol37, and jimmiefearsylar have posted, because it seems like lots of fun. The rules are simple:

A. Pick 20 of your favorite movies. (if you don't have 20, just do however many you have)
B. Then pick one of your favorite quotes from each movie.
C. Post the quotes in your journal.
D. Have those on your friends list guess what the movie is.
E. Either strike out the quote once it has been correctly identified or place the guesser’s user name directly after the quote.
F. Extra points for knowing the actor or character’s name.
