Thanks to [info]irvys_sefie for bringing this place's existence to my attention, but this quiz had me in TEARS while I was taking it. I'm not lying.

Your result for The Despot / Small Woodland Creature Test...

Charlemagne the Squirrel

31% Brutality, 59% Wackiness, 70% Playfulness, 43% Strength, 62% Kindness, 29% Agility and 71% Intelligence!

Charlemagne was King of the Franks from 768 to his death. Today he is regarded not only as the founding father of both French and German monarchies, but also as the father of Europe: his empire united most of Western Europe for the first time since the Romans. Part of Charlemagne's success as warrior and administrator can be traced to his admiration for learning. His reign and the era it ushered in are often referred to as the Carolingian Renaissance because of the flowering of scholarship, literature, art, and architecture which characterise it. Such success for a mere squirrel is surely one of history's most inexplicable occurrences. Charlemagne was able to balance his time between hoarding nuts for winter and enlightening the known world. The squirrel's good-natured attitude, and love of life were boons to Charlemagne...and to you.

You know, meme-related things.

The first one was the song lyric thing

01. Put your music player on shuffle.
02. The first lines of twenty songs are the first 20 lines of lyrics, for your song; the first line of the twenty-first song is its title.

Find out the answer to these and various other questions! )

Okay, so those are the memes and quizzes. I think most of them come from [info]squeegee_burble, but I wasn't really paying attention. So there ya go.

I'm not sure how [info]cookie_simone found these, but she linked me to one of them. And then there were a bunch more. So I wound up doing all of them, including the "Do you need a boyfriend?" and "Are you a militant feminist" ones. You might find the results of one of these two rather intriguing.

This way for mindless wastes of your time! )

Also, if you couldn't get links to some of these quizzes, you can find them all here. We now return you to your regularly scheduled LJ.

So, today has been rather slow. And I have been doing such exciting things as cleaning my apartment and paying bills. It's extraordinary. But! What better to break the monotony than quizzes?! Nothing, you say? Well, then you are correct:

True story: I spent about twenty minutes going back and trying to figure out which one I missed. Also, I've done about 295,782,048,957,082 more of these. But I will save them for one of my patented Mega Quiz Postings®, to follow at some later date. Mostly because I'm too lazy to make a cut. Enjoy!

So, after what seems like forever, we finally have new memes and quizzes to do. These were introduced to us by [info]resol37, who was no doubt using her time at work most productively, last night. Just as I'm doing right now.

For not having gone to the theater since 2004 (that I can recall), I've sure seen a lot of these. )

Ah. And now, a question meme. You know, I joined a comm that was supposed to send me 5 question memes every Friday, recently. And they had been very good about sending these out. Right up until I joined, that is. Since then, nada. Lousy lazy comms!

*shakes fist* )

And finally, the quizzes!

I have done some of these before, but I might not remember exactly which ones. So if there are repeats, I apologize. )

The Obligatory 1000 Quiz Post

So, as many of you know, I have like, 50,000 unposted quizzes to share. But for awhile, I'd forgotten. Until this goofy boyfriend quiz came around, that is. Which, why are these always boyfriend questions? Where are the girlfriend questions? I am feeling a little ~*under-appreciated*~ by the Gods Of The Internets. Luckily, however, there were a few quizzes worth doing on that site. And then I got caught up answering Pushing Daisies and Alias trivia questions for like, an hour. True story.

Cut for many, many, many more of these )

In other news, my Wildcats won again, today. They have been playing much better since conference play started (even their two losses have been well played and closely fought—one went to overtime) and I am starting to regain confidence with regards to this season. If the 'Cats can keep playing like this, I think they'll make the tournament for sure. The selection committee tends to favor in-conference performance over early poor play and, as the winningest team in college basketball history with one of the largest fanbases in the country, UK will be given every benefit of the doubt.

Huzzah! My paper is finished! Is it any good? Who cares! It's done. After my final (which begins in 2 hours), I will be DONE with the semester! Shouldn't I be studying for my final? Probably! But quizzes and memes are so much more fun!

If you don't click, you won't be able to play… )

So that was fun. And now back to the final prep. Stay tuned, there will be more to come.
Hypnotoad
HA! I can't even pretend to be mad about more quizzes. I mean, sure—I have another as-yet-unprepared presentation to give tomorrow. And a paper I have not even started due on Friday. But who can resist the quizzes? No one. That is who. I'll probably join in on this meme, too—but I don't quite understand how to do it, yet…so that'll probably come sometime over the weekend. Oh, and don't look for my recap 'til then, either. I hope these will tide you over, for the time being…

What the hell are those day shifters up to, this time? No, wait…I'd rather not know )

Alright! That was a successful waste of an hour! Good show, quizzes.

If there are quizzes around, I must do them. Although, I am rather disappointed that there were not options for which male superhero or drinking man I might be (but, really—we all know that last one is red wine, so I guess it doesn't matter). But I will not get too angry, as there were lots of other fun things to waste my time. I must thank you, Irvys!

Come on…you know you want to do them, too… )

So I’m busy commenting and all of a sudden there are all these memes everywhere. And I think we all know how good I am at holding out on this kind of stuff. So here they are, along with that weird Canadian one.

Okay, so the first one was resol's. And the rest were just there on the bottom of the results page, mocking me. Lousy quizzes! *Shakes fist*

Awww. But I can't stay mad at them, they amuse me far too much.

Look! See what a weirdo I am! )

I did not take the Disney Quiz because I would fail. I do not need a quiz to tell me that.

This is SO a productive use of my time! )

ETA: Wait! Hold the phone! There's an Eeevil Quiz?!?!?! I had to retroactively include this one. To not do so would be a major failure.

I have yet to figure out the whole LJ cut business, but this is just a li'l something to amuse me whilst I watch the Bears game, so it should be fairly short. I've completed a few of these survey-deals that most of you did, like months ago. But since I'm new to the game, here's me:

Find out what heroes character are you at LiquidGeneration.com!

This surprises and confuses me, as I'm not particularly artistic and I'm certainly not prophetic. But I am ethically ambiguous and a touch self-serving, so maybe it makes sense, after all. Also: If I'm really Isaac, I fear for my braaain.

You are The Hermit

Prudence, Caution, Deliberation.

The Hermit points to all things hidden, such as knowledge and inspiration, hidden enemies. The illumination is from within, and retirement from participation in current events.

The Hermit is a card of introspection, analysis and, well, virginity. You do not desire to socialize; the card indicates, instead, a desire for peace and solitude. You prefer to take the time to think, organize, ruminate, take stock. There may be feelings of frustration and discontent but these feelings eventually lead to enlightenment, illumination, clarity.

The Hermit represents a wise, inspirational person, friend, teacher, therapist. This a person who can shine a light on things that were previously mysterious and confusing.

What Tarot Card are You?
Take the Test to Find Out.

When I took this last week, before I had the LJ, I kept getting "You are the Hierophant." I didn't feel like that option really described me, but I figured meh, whatever. Today, however, I filled out the exact same responses and got this one, which does a much better job. It may not lend this particular survey any credibility, but I decided to post it anyway.

That is all.

I am,

the mole
